Comstock, a tiny unincorporated village in Northern Wisconsin, has been home to Blaser's Crystal Lake Cheese Factory since 1948. Blaser's prides itself in manufacturing premium quality specialty cheeses. We start with fresh milk produced locally by our patrons and trucked and stored a minimum of time thanks to our close proximity to area farms. The fresh milk us then transformed into our quality cheese, rigidly monitored by our trained production staff under the masterful eye of our licensed cheese makers.
