We have combined innovative cheese flavors, natural ingredients and a hand crafted production process with an appealing label that will be a great addition to any deli bunker. Available in three sizes, the Antonella line will offer consumers a variety of new taste delights.

 

The Antonella line is offered in half moon random weight cuts (approximately 10 ounces), 1.25 pound exact weight half wheels and 2.5 pound random weight rounds (gems). The flavor profiles include:

• Formaggio with Capers & Black Peppercorn
• Formaggio with Garden Vegetable & Sweet Basil
• Formaggio with Olive & Pimento
